We got married here last month and could not fault the venue. The planning process was relaxed yet thorough. Queries always handled quickly and any special requests were all accepted and arranged.
We used the Bell Barn which in our opinion needed little decor as the area itself is fill of character, well maintained and clean. The staff were all friendly and attentive and directed our day well. We used the majority of the accommodation which was well suited for a wedding with both couples b&b rooms and family cottages. There was even a little sewing kit in the room, perfect for when one of my dress buttons popped off!
All of our guests were impressed with their food through out the whole stay. The wedding breakfast was an absolute treat. And all in the grande scheme of a wedding sensibly priced. We could not of asked for a better venue, we didn't have a single complaint from any of our 70 guests!

The original hay store, our first level private dining room for up to 40 guests for the more intimate celebrations.

We aimed to retain that gorgeous rustic feel with wooden beams, exposed stone and lots of natural light; I am sure you will agree it’s a fabulous space. A real blank canvas just waiting to be dressed to match your colour scheme with its very own Private Bar & Cloakrooms.

Guide Pricing for 2027/2028
Bell Barn Hire: £4000 – Hayloft Hire: £550
To keep things simple, we have included all the necessities within our price per head. This includes, a reception drink, a glass of house wine per person (served with the meal), a toast drink of prosecco and 3 course set meal for each guest. We then have many optional extra to add onto your day to really WOW your guests which can be discussed with our on-site wedding coordinator, Rachel.
Rachel will be on hand throughout your whole booking process to make sure everything is all in place & all aspects are covered within your planning making it a smooth journey for both yourselves and us as a venue.
January to March:
Monday – Thursday : £77 per head Friday- Sunday £87 per head
April, May, October & November:
Monday – Thursday : £87 per head Friday- Sunday £105 per head
June, July, August, September & December:
Monday – Thursday : £92 per head Friday- Sunday £115 per head

Civil Ceremonies at Tupgill Park
Planning a civil ceremony at Tupgill Park is simple and straightforward. Once you have provisionally secured your date with us, all civil ceremonies are legally conducted through North Yorkshire Council and your local Registrar Services. Couples are required to contact the registration office directly to check availability and make the necessary arrangements for their registrar to attend. Below you’ll find helpful information on the booking process and next steps to ensure everything is in place for your special day.
