We have 6 deluxe double rooms & 1 deluxe twin room to offer at The Saddle Room with each room named after racehorses that have won nationals. Pretender, the name of our twin room, trained right here on the Estate who won the 2000 Guineas 1869 at Newmarket and The Derby 1896. Each of our rooms are 5* AA rated with luxurious Noble Isle amenities, en-suite with either a bath or drench shower, handmade soft furnishings & more.

We have 1 deluxe double suite which offers a larger space with a comfy seating area within your room. Our suite is 5* AA rated with luxurious Noble Isle amenities, en-suite with drench shower, handmade soft furnishings, comfy seated area with sofa and coffee table & more.
Bridal Suite
We have 1 bridal suite, the best room with a view! Aldaniti, our bridal suite, offers a taste of luxury with Noble Isle amenities, en-suite with drench shower, handmade soft furnishings, large window seat with views over the Coverdale Hills, exposed beams & more!
Furry Friends
All our downstairs B&B rooms welcome your furry friends for a small fee of £10 per dog, per night. This includes our deluxe suite, deluxe twin room & a select few of our deluxe double rooms. Please inform us on booking that they will be joining you.
