We politely ask that you please respect our decisions and the rules that we have set out to keep us all safe and get us over the finishing line!
Please note we will still be closed Monday and Tuesday FULLY for drinks or food.
Whilst the Government has lifted restrictions, we are mindful Covid has not gone away and is ever-changing.
From the start of this global pandemic and as a family-owned, destination venue for people in our rural community as well as welcoming many visitors from all over the UK safety of our staff, customers and the community is paramount and always will be.
Our staff will continue to have the option to wear facemasks and we politely ask guests to continue wearing them whilst walking around indoors at our venue. Face coverings can be removed when seated or when outdoors.
We will continue to invest in preventative measures such as Sanitizer and dispensers, Disposable menus, and disposable placemats as well as sanitizing wipes for all accommodation.
We have temperature check equipment here on site should you wish to be tested. NHS test and trace is not mandatory, but we will leave the QR codes and strongly suggest people continue using this system. We will still be taking as many details as possible on booking and may require further information.
Tables will remain distanced and in the same format as we are now, and we will keep the one-way system in place. Our bar and restaurant staff will continue to sanitize tables between customers and number restrictions may be in place to help with the extra cleaning as well as table allocated durations.
Hand sanitizing points will remain in place, and we ask that everyone uses this on entry and at regular intervals. All housekeeping and cleaning staff will continue with deep sanitization protocols. Check-in and out times will remain the same to facilitate the extra sanitization.
The team here at The Saddle Room respectfully asks that you please follow our requests to really help us out for the final furlong!
Thank you once again for your continued support and we really do look forward to welcoming you in a safe way here at The Saddle Room.
