Job Title: Accommodation & Events Coordinator
Responsibilities within:-EventsFrom the initial point of contact for the Bride and Groom / Event organiser you will develop a personal rapport with clients that will encourage trust and confidence.You will inspire and aid them to visualise their special event with us. The Dream maker! Ensuring the event runs smoothly and in a timely manner from the first meeting to the first dance on the day!

Reception

To be the main & initial point of contact for guests entering the building or

contacting the company by telephone/email. To immediately establish the guest’s needs and act accordingly with regards to any for restaurant & accommodation reservations.

To co-ordinate all reservations in an organised & efficient manner in line with the Restaurant Managers/Accommodation managers guidelines

To carry out all basic administration functions associated with the reception and reservations department.

Required Skills and Specifications

Excellent communicational skills both written and oral

Experience within a similar role preferable but not necessity

Positive outlook and infectious personality

Strong negotiation and networking skills.

Good team member with excellent public relation skills

Keen attention to detail

Strong organisational skills and ability to work and meet deadlines.

Good ability to work well under pressure.

Good numerical skills & financial awareness

Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

You are able to utilise your supervisory skills to ensure all the team maintain The Saddle Room standards and carry out tasks thoroughly, effectively and timely. You will endeavour to inspire and aid in the training of new floor staff allowing them to complete the job and exceed customer expectations.

Key Communication and delegation will be maintained throughout the shift, throughout all levels of staff and departments including events/sales, food & beverage and kitchen departments facilitating a happy, motivated and ambitious work force!

Required Skills and Specifications

Excellent communicational skills with all staff & management

Past experience within both banqueting & restaurant supervisory roles

Strong team player with excellent public relation skills

Keen attention to detail with good ability to work under pressure

Strong organisational skills and ability to work and meet deadlines

Ability to inspire others and to promote a sense of being part of something special

Salary:  (Dependant on Experience)
